Ruby DeConcini is a licensed realtor proudly serving the state of Minnesota. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Ruby has also called Stillwater and Scandia home before settling into her first house in Roseville. Her journey through both vibrant urban neighborhoods and peaceful rural settings has given her a unique, well-rounded perspective on what “home” can mean—whether it’s nestled in a bustling city block or tucked away in the quiet countryside.

Before entering the world of real estate, Ruby pursued a certificate in Herbal Studies and Holistic Medicine at MCTC, blending her curiosity about wellness with a deep love of food. This passion led her to an 11-year career in the restaurant industry, where she found joy in creating nourishing, magical experiences for others. Her background in food and holistic care remains a central part of who she is, shaping the way she connects with people and approaches her work.

Ruby’s interest in real estate was sparked by her own experience moving across Minnesota and how her understanding of “home” transformed along the way. She believes that a home should be a sanctuary—a space for rest, expression, and healing. Helping others discover that sense of belonging quickly became her mission.

With a heart-forward approach, Ruby leads with empathy and compassion. She is especially attuned to the needs of those navigating mental health challenges or chronic illness, offering patience and understanding every step of the way.

When she’s not helping clients find their next dream home, Ruby can be found spending time with her fiancé & their two cats, hiking, reading, watching movies, or of course baking or cooking for loved ones.
