Samuel Saccoman is a Minnesota native, born and raised in the city of Hibbing. After graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Marketing, he made his dream of moving to the Twin Cities area a reality and now resides in Bloomington. 

Since starting his real estate career in 2021, Sam has helped a number of happy clients find their new home while navigating a truly unique and challenging market. His many successes also include listing and selling homes. His ultimate goal is to achieve extraordinary results in the course of a seamless process. 

Sam has a solid reputation for his tenacious work ethic, which is enhanced by his strong sense of empathy and compassion for his clients. He never takes business lightly and understands he is helping both buyers and sellers with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Through curating each person’s experience to make them feel fully understood, Sam is able to coach and serve his clients in a way that inspires confidence and excitement on their real estate journeys.

Outside of his love of enhancing others’ lives through real estate services, Sam is a successful musician and has a deep passion for the arts. He maintains a steady side project playing guitar and singing in various breweries and restaurants around the Twin Cities. Music is a side project that is perfectly symbiotic with real estate because at the end of the day, both sides of his career bring something essential to his community.
