I’m a lifelong resident and long time Realtor serving the Twin Cities. Education and informed clients are important to me and I’ve taught homebuyer workshops and Realtor classes for years, along with providing regular market updates (Pat’s Stats). My business includes representation of home buyers and sellers as well as investors, businesses and nonprofits.

I’ve kept up to date on inside industry details as an active volunteer leader including serving on the Boards of the Minnesota Realtors and National Association of Realtors, and Past President of the Minneapolis Area Realtors. 

Housing is a basic human need and continues to be the most commonly used path to building intergenerational wealth. A home provides the stability and security to build our dreams. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping people find a home.
