My geographical areas of expertise are the South & Southwest neighborhoods of Minneapolis, particularly around the Lakes and along Minnehaha Creek. I specialize in “charming, Craftsman homes,” and I also have experience with builders and developers.  

For twelve years, I served as the Chair of the Linden Hills Zoning Committee, so I am also familiar with issues of zoning and city development.
