Born and raised in Minnesota and a current resident of East Isles neighborhood, Jerome received a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Jerome is a registered Architect in the State of Minnesota, a LEED Accredited Professional and NCARB certified. Although he has designed many building types including the Cargill office buildings in Hopkins, a large Athletic Facility in Mississippi and a major renovation of the Grandstand at the Minnesota State Fair, his specialty is housing. He has designed over 1000 units of housing in Downtown Minneapolis including lofts, town homes, apartments, senior housing and low income affordable housing. In the past 5 years he has completed high rise condominium towers in St. Louis and Denver with units priced from $300,000 to $3 million dollar penthouses. With this depth of housing knowledge, he is now focusing on real estate transactions. He brings a strong understanding of design and construction to help buyers and sellers understand the value of their properties.
