Chris is one of the founders and partners of the Synergy Real Estate Team, based out of the uptown office of Lakes Area Realty. Through initial consultation, personal attention, negotiation strategies and keeping an eye out for his clients best interest, he has a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Chris believes in the motto "Practice what you preach". Chris started investing in real estate through acquiring re-hab properties in the late 1990's. He obtained his real estate license in 2003 and started at Keller Williams and went on to start Synergy Real Estate Team in 2006. Initially, Synergy Real Estate Team worked with investment property and representing new construction builders. Three years ago, Chris and his team made the transition into the foreclosure and short sale market.

Chris is in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide for sales volume, and currently manages the Short Sale Division of Lakes Area Realty. He also participates on a short sale sub-committee with the City of Minneapolis.

Chris has successfully negotiated short sales with the following banks: Wells Fargo, Countrywide and Bank of America, EMC, HSBC, ASC, Citibank, Citimortgage, GMAC Mortgage, Homecomings Financial, Aurora, Chase Financial, First Horizon, First Tennessee Bank, MidCountry Bank, and 5th Third Bank, to name a few. Synergy Real Estate Team did close to $18,000,000 in business in 2008 and over $20,000,000 in business in 2009.

His current portfolio consists of town homes, single family homes, condos and multi-family units. He is well versed in lease options, property management, financing and exit strategies. Chris has appeared on television, spoken on radio and been published in investor newsletters about investment concepts and strategies.

His initial Realtor experience in residential real estate also makes him an exceptional choice for helping you buy or sell your personal home.

Chris graduated Cum Laude from Mankato State University with a B.S. in Business/Aviation Management. He is also employed as an Airline Pilot with Mesaba Airlines and enjoys spending his free time with his son Andrew, downhill skiing, spending time with family and doing home improvement projects.
