A little about myself (Chris Dennis) and my team at Lakes Area Realty. I started in the real estate market in 2001, specializing in remodeling houses and reselling them. After working with a Realtor for a few years, I decided to get my license in 2003. Initially I was licensed with Keller Williams (where I started the Synergy Real Estate Team). Synergy initially started with investment property and representing new construction builders. About two and a half years ago, we made the transition into the foreclosure and short sale (pre-foreclosure) market. I currently am with Lakes Area Realty in Uptown, where I manage their short sale division. Our broker, Steve Havig, is the 2009 President of the Board of Realtors and expects a high level of professionalism and ethics from all of the Realtors at his office.
